Minister of Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu raised the issue of renaming AP Express from New Delhi to Hyderabad as Telangana Express and introduction of a new AP Express between Visakhapatnam and New Delhi via Vijaywada with Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
New Delhi: Minister of Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu raised the issue of renaming AP Express from New Delhi to Hyderabad as Telangana Express and introduction of a new AP Express between Visakhapatnam and New Delhi via Vijaywada with Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
He expressed concern over delay on issues like renaming the AP Express running between New Delhi and Hyderabad as Telangana Express. According to Venkaiah Naidu, Suresh Prabhu had assured him that renaming of AP Express as Telangana Express will be done in a couple of days. He also discussed with Minister of State for Civil Aviation Dr Mahesh Sharma about commissioning international airport at Tirupati which is likely to be commissioned by May.
