TDP Ibrahimpatnam MLA joining TRS

One more wicket in the TDP camp in Telangana has fallen with the prospective migration of the Ibrahimpatnam MLA Manchireddy Krishna Reddy over to the ruling TRS.

Manchi Reddy did not deny reports, but only said he was still consulting his voters and admirers in the constituency before taking the leap.

It is said that the TDP MLA is likely to show up at the TRS plenary meeting at the LB stadium on Monday next. He had already met Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and held discussions on his future status and reportedly has been assured of a nominated post.

With Manchi Reddy, the TDP has lost nearly four MLAs to TRS and its strength in the council has drastically fallen with a sort of en masse migration after the TRS chief wanted to install a new council chairman of his own choice."TDP has no vision to develop Telangana and its focus is only on Seemandhra," he said today at a meeting of admirers in the constituency.
