A two-judge Bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Justice Dilip Bhosale and Justice A Ramalingeswara Rao on Wednesday voiced displeasure over the attitude of the officials in not implementing the court orders. The Bench was dealing with a petition filed by Krishna Mohan Reddy of Gadwal. The petitioner complained that DK Snigdha, daughter of Former Minister DK Aruna, encroached upon 20 acres of land though only 1 acre of land was leased to her for mining purposes at Mannapur village of Tarrur Mandal of Mahabubnagar District.

The bench had called for a report on the allegations. When the Telangana State government officials submitted that the daughter of the Former Minister had, in fact, encroached the surrounding areas for illegal mining, the Bench directed the officials to take action on the accused. On Wednesday, the Bench was informed that the officials could not take any action as a review petition filed by the accused was pending before the court. The Bench adjourned the matter by week giving time to the officials to respond to their inaction.
