Excerpts from the interview with K Naresh Kumar where he spoke on a range of issues concerning the realty sector: On the creation of the new state and its impact The last one year has seen a see-saw in the real estate market and it has affected all the players.

But over the past few months, there are green shoots of hope. The announcement of the TRS government to make Hyderabad a world-class city by infusing around Rs.1000 crore has made people think that it is bound to have a positive impact on its future.

Obviously, there is a need to create a feel good, confidence boosting atmosphere after all the uncertainty that surrounded the sector for more than five years. By 2024-25, Hyderabad will surely be cruising to a different level of progress in every sphere.

Ongoing projects of Prajay Engineers Syndicate

We are in the process of re-starting our ongoing projects – Prajay Water Front Phase-2, Prajay Virgin County and Prajay Windsor Park – which have been on hold for some time now. The political situation is stable and the new government has begun to re-focus on governance and other related issues.
