TRS govt lost people’s confidence, says BJP. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organised district-level workshop under the name of ‘Mahasampark Abhiyan’ at Mancherial town on Thursday.

Adilabad: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organised district-level workshop under the name of ‘Mahasampark Abhiyan’ at Mancherial town on Thursday. Chief Guest and BJP MLA NVSS Prabhakar said that TRS Government has lost people’s confidence even before completing one-year term.
Speaking to the media, the BJP MLA said that all sections of society, including students, were responsible for the formation of Telangana state. He alleged that the TRS government has lost peoples’ confidence even before it completed its one-year term. Prabhakar expressed anguish over RTC employees, who played active role in the agitation for separate state, going on indefinite strike to get their demands met under TRS government.
The BJP leader flayed state government for not being able to restore confidence among farming community even after implementing crop loan waiver scheme. He said that farmer suicides were on the rise in TRS rule. Prabhakar slammed the former UPA government at Centre and the Congress government in the State for showing discrimination towards farmers in their regime.
He asked as to why AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi wants to take up tour in Telangana State when Congress failed to do justice to farmers. He said that Rahul Gandhi is coming to state only to deceive farmers. MLA said that people taught a befitting lesson to Congress in the previous general elections. “People in the state will not believe Congress party anymore,” he added. BJP leaders Murali Goud, Bhumanna, M Malla Reddy, Venkateswar Goud and other party workers were also present.
