The agitating students lamented that they could not pay the fee due to on-going strike by the RTC employees and also there was change in the procedure of payment. “On the last day of fee payment, the college managements which were supposed to collect the fee told the students to pay the fee at the Board. RTC buses were off the road due to the strike.

Several students could not pay the fee on time. There is no loss to the Board if they extend the last date for payment,” said B Venkat Narsing Rao, President, NSUI, Telangana. He further said that there were 5,000 students who were yet to pay the fee for the examination. The protesting students tried to meet the Board Secretary. However, their efforts went in vain.
