Is Harish Rao most efficient in KCR cabinet? While IT minister K.T. Rama Rao is touring US to seek investments, it is the Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao who is gaining more prominence among all the ministers. Mr Rao, who is busy travelling from one nook to another of the state, is participating in desilting programmes in Mission Kakatiya.

With the Telangana Ministers fighting it out with all major issues in the state, braving the scorching heat, they are participating in a spate of governmental programmes.


Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s take on the developmental programmes has directed the ministers to hit the road in all the districts and a fiat has been issued to all the ministers by the Chief Minister to ascertain problems of people in their constituencies.


The Chief Minister who attended to the developmental works in his own Gajwel Assembly seat reached out to the people. However, the complaints were not received on power or water, as many sought for houses or other benefits from the government. Interestingly, Rs 19 crore has been sanctioned by the government for the construction of an integrated government building and Rs 11.25 crore for a hostel building.


Tummala Nageswara Rao, the Roads and Buildings Minister along with several local leaders participated in the event of laying the foundation stone for a road at Cheemalapadu in Karepalli mandal of Khammam district on Tuesday.


Deputy CM Kadiam Srihari was at Warangal collectorate to review SC, ST, BC and minorities education issues while several trips to their constituencies to lay foundation stones were made by Ministers Etela Rajender, Jupally Krishna Rao, G. Jagadish Reddy, Jogu Ramanna Laxman Reddy and others.
