Aruna accuses TRS govt of misusing official machinery

Hyderabad: Congress MLA DK Aruna on Sunday accused the TRS government of misusing official machinery and resources to win the next MLC elections under local bodies category. Speaking to media persons after participating in a meeting with MPTC, ZPTC and MPPs of Congress party in Mahabubnagar on Sunday, Aruna alleged that the TRS Government has been trying to lure Congress leaders into the ruling party in view of MLC polls in local bodies category. She said the government has sanctioned nearly Rs 300 crore worth works on nomination basis to benefit the TRS cadre. However, she warned that such tactics would be rejected by the people and no Congress leader would get lured by TRS offers.
