Deputy CLP leader in Legislative Council Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Saturday asked the TRS government to act in a serious manner to resolve the problems being faced by the people. Speaking to media persons on the Assembly premises here, Ponguleti said the TRS government\'s honeymoon period was now over and it should act in a more responsible manner.
Hyderabad: Deputy CLP leader in Legislative Council Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Saturday asked the TRS government to act in a serious manner to resolve the problems being faced by the people. Speaking to media persons on the Assembly premises here, Ponguleti said the TRS government's honeymoon period was now over and it should act in a more responsible manner.
Referring to distribution of land ‘pattas’ among the poor people, he said the TRS government was resorting to ‘gimmicks’ in view of the oncoming GHMC polls. He said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao should take entire opposition into confidence if he was really serious on weaker section housing scheme.
Ponguleti said the ‘cash for vote’ case had affected the image of Brand Hyderabad across the globe. He demanded that the case should be probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy had named AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the scam.
