On the other hand, the TRS was targeting the TDP which given a letter to the Centre seeking statehood to the region, she complained. Speaking to press persons in Hanamkonda on Friday, she said all the TRS leaders, who were now in lime light, were not originally associated with the party. They were all in TDP until recently and how could they become Telangana activists if the TDP was anti-Telangana, she sought to know.

The TRS leaders were calling the TDP as ‘Andhra Party’ to make political gains on the contrary to earn commissions the work contracts of various projects were being given to persons from Andhra, Seetakka alleged. The public in the State were not as innocent as the Chief Minister was thinking. They won’t fall prey to his provocative statements against the TDP as they were fully aware of the party’s pro-poor stance.

She accused Chandrashekar Rao of acting with a feudal mindset and intending to eliminate opposition in the State and wanted an apology from the Chief Minister for promoting political defections. Party leader A Baswa Reddy found fault with the Chief Ministers’ use of foul language while hitting at the TDP and other opposition parties. ‘It is very undemocratic and unwarranted, the CM should change it’ he added.

Another leader, Dommati Sambaiah called Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao as the real enemy of Telangana for joining hands with YSRCP, whose leaders have fired at scores of youth at Mahabubabad in 2010 during its leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s visit to the place. TDP district leaders Gandra Satyanarayana Rao, P Ashok and others were present.
