Telugu Desam backs AP Police over notices to T News
Telangana TD Legislature Party leader Erraballi Dayakara Rao stated that the AP Police action of serving notices to the T News channel over the audio tapes of the alleged conversation between N. Chandrababu Naidu and MLA Elvis Stephenson being aired is justified.

Demanding that the news channel owned by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao should provide their ‘source of information’ on the audio tapes aired on their channel, the TDP leader said that the T News Channel has no professional values as per law, the source of the content needs to be disclosed.
Mr Rao further said that the move by AP Police should not be considered as an act to suppress the freedom of the media as per the allegations made by the channel management seeing that T News also supported the move against blacking out TV 9 and ABN Andhra Jyothi a year back.
