TRS nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson moved the Hyderabad High Court urging it to rescue from hearing of the quash petition filed by Jerusalem Mathaiah.
The nominated MLA moved a criminal miscellaneous application before the court stating that he is apprehending quashing of his complaint. In the petition, Stephenson also alleged that the sequence of events seem to e predetermined and pre-disposed.
The quash petition of Mathaiah is coming up for hearing today.
