KCR: Kaleshwaram project will be launched soon
Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao while taking part in Telangana ku Harita Haaram programme on Saturday informed that a major project would be launched provide drinking and irrigation water to north Telangana near Kaleshwaram village in Mahadevapur mandal.

Addressing a public meeting held in Husnabad, KCR said that the project will be inaugurated soon after presenting a golden crown to Sri Kaleshwara-Muktheshwara Swamy - presiding deity of temple in Kaleshwaram.
Announcing Rs 10 lakh to each village of the constituency and Rs 1 crore to Husnabad town, KCR added that the project would benefit the farmers of Karimnagar district along with North Telangana. The Chief Minister also directed the district administration to take up plantation drive in the town.
