KCR Welcomes D Srinivas, Supporters Into TRS With Pink Kanduva. Former Congress PCC chief D Srinivas on Wednesday joined the TRS in Hyderabad. DS joined the ruling party in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister KCR at Telangana Bhavan.
Former Congress PCC chief D Srinivas on Wednesday joined the TRS in Hyderabad. DS joined the ruling party in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister KCR at Telangana Bhavan.
Welcoming DS into the party, KCR said "I want to salute to DS for joining the TRS to stand by me. I have a good relationship with DS for 35 years. We will go forward with his suggestions."
The former Congress leader, who hails from Nizamabad, recently sent his resignation to the Congress High Command.
Several followers of DS from Nizamabad also joined the party in the presence of the TRS chief.
KCR welcomed them into the party by offering them the party’s ‘kanduva’ (scarf).
