Nizamabad: Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao ordered the Nizamabad district officials to release 5 TMC Water from Sri Ram Sagar Project (SRSP) for Godavari Pushkaralu. Harish Rao on Friday reviewed the pushkaralu arrangements with the Nizamabad district officials through video conference and ordered the officials to release 5 TMC Water from SRSP from Friday night for Sriram Sagar, Gummiryal, Donchanda, Savel, Tadpakal Ghats. He said that presently SRSP holds 10 TMC water out of which 5 TMC water would be released for river Godavari Pushkaralu.
