HC to hear JNTU-H appeal on July 13

A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice SV Bhatt on Friday made clear that it would hear on July 13 the appeals filed by JNTU Hyderabad questioning the order of a single judge relating to admissions to engineering colleges. Earlier a single judge had directed the inclusion of various private engineering colleges to the ensuing counselling. JNTU promptly postponed the counselling and filed the present appeal.
