Revanth Reddy's lawyers cited the High Court's orders as reason for his absence from the court hearing. According to the HC orders, the TDP MLA cannot move out of Kodangal Assembly constituency.
Revanth Reddy's lawyers filed a memo in the court stating that the High Court directed him to not leave the constituency without the court permission. The ACB court asked Revanth Reddy to appear before it on August 3.
