Hyderabad: CPI Legislature Party urged all sections of people to participate in a bandh called by the 10 Left parties on July 17 in support of the striking municipal sanitary workers. In a press release here on Thursday, CPI legislator R Ravindra Kumar lamented that the State government was not responding to the demands of the striking municipal employees even after 10 days.


Ravindra Kumar faulted the Chief Minister for saying he would utilise services of army and police to suppress the striking employees. “KCR has been adopting anti-labor policies”, Ravindra Kumar alleged. He urged the people to make the bandh a grand success.
