Recruitment of 770 AEEs begins

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has begun the recruitment process with the issuance of its first notification for filling up 770 civil Assistant Executive Engineer posts. With the government accorded permission for filling up 3,783 posts through TSPSC, the Commission decided to go for recruiting 770 AEEs in the first spell for five departments.

However, the aspirants who have been anticipating for Group I, II, III and IV notifications will have to wait a bit longer. Of the 770 posts, rural water supply and sanitation department will get 418 AEEs, public health and municipal engineering department 121, public health and municipal engineering department 5, R&B department 83 and Irrigation and Command Area Development will get 143 AEE posts.

The last date to apply is September 3. A common online examination will be in Hyderabad, Warangal, Khammam and Karimnagar districts on September 20. The Commission is likely to announce the results, key and merit list on September 25. Candidates with BTech/ BE Civil engineering graduates are eligible to apply for the notification.

As reported in these columns onetime registration is mandatory, the candidates have to register with TSPSC in order to apply for any notification issued by the Commission. The Commission had already received 2.62 registrations and of which 10,000 candidates were civil engineering graduates.
