In view of the Hyderabad Marathon on Saturday, the Cyberabad police issued notification to alert public on the traffic diversions being imposed from 5 am to 10 pm on Saturday. The police informed that the traffic coming from Kavuri Hills, Jubilee Hills Road No 36 junction would be diverted at the 100 feet road to go towards Kukatpally, Kothaguda, Kondapur, Gachibowli and Nehru Outer Ring Road.
Hyderabad: In view of the Hyderabad Marathon on Saturday, the Cyberabad police issued notification to alert public on the traffic diversions being imposed from 5 am to 10 pm on Saturday. The police informed that the traffic coming from Kavuri Hills, Jubilee Hills Road No 36 junction would be diverted at the 100 feet road to go towards Kukatpally, Kothaguda, Kondapur, Gachibowli and Nehru Outer Ring Road.
The vehicular traffic coming from Jubilee Hills Road Number 45 would be diverted towards HMDA, Durgam Cheruvu, Softsol company, Madhapur traffic police station and ORR via Gachibowli. The traffic coming from JNTU in Kukatpally would be allowed on the Cyber Tower flyover towards NCB and the traffic coming from 100 feet junction would not be allowed towards Mindspace junction.
The motorists coming from 100 feet road or Metal Charminar arch moving towards Mindspace, would have to take left turn at the 100 feet junction and take a U turn at the end of the flyover to get on to the flyover, the police said. The vehicular traffic coming from 100 feet junction would be allowed towards Kothaguda junction, Kondapur, Gachibowli and Hafeezpet.
Vehicles heading towards Deloitte, HSBC, Phoenix and Dell companies would be allowed from Cyber Towers junction through Jubilee Enclave. At the Metal Charminar arch, the traffic would be allowed between 7.30 am and 8 am towards Madhapur and vice versa. At Quality Inn junction, the traffic coming from Khajaguda would be allowed towards Gachibowli, traffic coming from Khajaguda would be allowed towards Inorbit Mall via, new Madhapur traffic police station and Softsol Company.
At Gachibowli junction, the traffic coming from Kothaguda junction would be allowed towards NCB on two way road, while the better option to go towards Mehdipatnam would be via Nanakramguda rotary and Khajaguda and reach Mehdipatnam. Traffic from Aditya Enclave, Himagiri Hospital moving towards Old Bombay road in opposite direction via Indira Nagar and going towards HCU, BHEL, Lingampally would go via Botanical Garden and Masjid Banda.
The vehicles moving towards Quality Inn junction would be allowed towards Khajaguda on two-way road and may also be allowed towards ORR Nanakramguda Rotary service road. Vehicles heading to GPRA Quarters would be allowed as usual, while in the reverse direction, the traffic would have to move on the wrong side till Gachibowli junction.
At GHMC Office near Lingampally junction, the traffic coming from BHEL, Lingampally would be diverted towards Botanical Garden via Masjid Banda towards Kothaguda, Kondapur, and Madhapur, the police said in a press note on Friday. At Wipro junction, the vehicular traffic coming from ICICI Bank would not be allowed towards IIIT and at the Gopanapally X roads,
the vehicular traffic coming from Gopanapally would not be allowed towards Gowlidoddi and Wipro and have to take right turn to Kokapet and ORR service road and the vehicles moving towards Rajiv Gandhi International Airport or Railway stations may show their tickets to travel on restricted routes. However, the emergency services like ambulance, fire tenders and other vehicles would be allowed on all routes, the Cyberabad police added in the note.
