The Hyderabad High Court on Monday stayed summons issued by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Vijayawada against Telangana principal secretary, home, Rajiv Trivedi in connection with the alleged phone tapping case registered at Bhavanipuram police station.
The Hyderabad High Court on Monday stayed summons issued by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Vijayawada against Telangana principal secretary, home, Rajiv Trivedi in connection with the alleged phone tapping case registered at Bhavanipuram police station.
Rajiv Trivedi had challenged the notice issued by the Vijayawada court.
The Telangana Advocate General argued that the call data has already been produced before the Court and urged it to quash the notice.
After hearing argument from both sides, the court stayed the Vijayawada court's orders.
