The East-West Road Corridor covering a distance of 42 kilometres is being proposed to be taken up on priority basis. GHMC Commissioner and Special Officer Somesh Kumar along with the Chinese delegation team held an aerial survey from Begumpet Airport to River Musi,

Narsingi Outer Ring Road to Bibinagar areas and Korremla Outer Ring Road the way all along Musi river. The team would conduct a detailed inspection of the 42 kilometres stretch and identify encroached areas, existing bridges, etc., and examine the feasibility. It would then submit a detailed report to the State government.
