TDP leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao who was arrested on Sunday following a clash between the TRS activists and the TDP workers at Palakurthy market in Warangal has been sent to 14 days judicial remand.

Dealing with the incident that took place on Sunday, the Jangaon court announced the judgement after which Dayakar Rao was reportedly sent to central jail in Warangal. Under sections 120B, 143, 147 and 148 - a case has been booked against the TDP Leader for attacking Palakurthy Sub-inspector and provoking the TDP workers to attack the TRS leaders by stone pelting.

The TRS activists accused TDP leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao of trying to obstructing Telangana deputy chief minister Kadiyam Srihari's programme to lay the foundation stone for a godown at the Palakurthy market yard.
