Soon after the House assembled, MIM party chief Akbaruddin Owaisi demanded a debate on the encounter of Vikaruddin. But Speaker Madhusunana Chary rejected Akbaruddin Owaisi's demand and said that farmers issues will be discussed for an entire day.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao also said that the decision on discussing farmer issues was taken up in the BAC meeting. The CM also said "We will keep aside all the issues and discuss farmer suicides issue today. A discussion on Vikaruddin will be taken up after farmer suicide issue."
