Hyderabad MP and AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi on Wednesday stated that his party would take a legal recourse on the case registered against Akbaruddin Owaisi for his inflammatory speech at an election rally in Bihar on Sunday.
Asaduddin Owaisi speaking to the media on the arrest warrant for his younger brother, Asaduddin Owaisi, said that their legal team is obtaining the FIR and other copies of case documents and will decide on the future course of action.
Responding on the language Akbaruddin Owaisi had used in his speech at Kishangunj against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Asaduddin Owaisi questioned on what language needs to be used after 3,000 innocent people were killed in the Gujarat riots. He further said that Narendra Modi's failure as a Chief Minister of Gujarat will not be forgotten by the people as he was not able to discharge his constitutional duty and protect the people of Gujarat.
Akbaruddin Owaisi while addressing the election rally at Kishanganj on Sunday called Prime Minister Narendra Modi ‘shaitan’ (devil) and ‘zalim’ (tyrant).
