2BHK houses to all poor in five years: KTR

Hyderabad: IT and Panchayat Raj Minister K T Rama Rao said they would provide two-bedroom houses to all the poor in Hyderabad in five years. Laying foundation stone for two bedroom houses at Hamali Basthi in Padmarao Nagar here on Friday, Rama Rao said the TRS government would construct better houses with all facilities for the poor.

The government was committed to the welfare of the poor and deprived classes, he reiterated. Rama Rao said 10,000 houses would be constructed this year, 20,000 next year and another 50,000 houses in third year. The government would not go back on providing the housing facility to the poor, he asserted.
