Hyderabad: A two judge PIL bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice S V Bhatt on Monday adjourned to Thursday a batch of cases dealing with depositors of AgriGold Company.
It may be recalled that the bench had appointed a 3-man committee headed by former retired judge Justice Surya Rao.
The bench directed that its order be placed before the 3- man committee to enable it to start the process of sale of properties.
