Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi. Both held discussions on several issues but KCR brought the separate High Court for Telangana issue to Union Minister’s attention.
KCR stated that a separate High Court needs to be set up for the state as per the bifurcation Act and informed Rajnath Singh that many cases are unresolved without a separate HC. The Chief Minister will be meeting President Pranab Mukherjee later in the evening and invite him for the Chandi Yagnam.
