Senior Congress leader Rajaiah has put the Congress party in Telangana in a fix. The mysterious and questionable fire at his home on Tuesday night, which killed his daughter-in-law and her three sons, has shocked the Congress.

The Congress party which wanted to capitalise on KCR's failures, is planning a strategy to control the damage. According to sources, the Congress high command has decided to suspend Rajaiah from the party.

Several Congress leaders are understood to have told the Congress High Command that there is no other option at this crucial hour than to expel Rajaiah.
Sarika's family members alleged that Rajaiah and his son was behind the death of Sarika.

This has sent wrong signals to the public and by suspending Rajaiah, the party can go for campaigning saying the incident has no connection with the Congress party, a senior party leader said.

Earlier, the Telangana Congress leaders held an emergency meeting and the decision will be announced today.
