Hyderabad: Justice P V Sanjay Kumar of High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday directed the Jubilee Hills Public School to hand over the mark sheet of a student studying in 2nd Class. The Judge voiced his concerned at the manner in which the parents of the child wrapped in an ego clash with the school were threatening to erode the child's education.

The father of the child Veer Raghav Reddy had filed a writ plea challenging the action of the school authorities in withholding the marks sheets of the candidate in April 2015. Justice Sanjay Kumar not only directed the school authorities to withdraw a threat- filled communication asking the parent to withdraw the student but simultaneously faulted the parents needlessly litigating with the school administration. The Judge pointed out that as parents they had ego clashes with the management and had even failed to pay the annual school fee.

He reminded the Petitioner that the court had a legal parental duty towards all minors and would not hesitate to pass orders of far reaching consequences if the parents do not let go of their ego and do not keep the interest of the minor child in perspective.
