Rajapet (Nalgonda): TDP Politburo member Motkupalli Narasimhulu declared here on Thursday that the TDP would launch a relentless agitation for the formation of a separate district with Yadadri as district headquarters. Addressing the mandal party unit members at the R&B guesthouse here, the TDP leader said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao who promised to develop Yadadri on the lines of Tirupati should make Yadadri the district headquarters. He said that they would launch agitation in phases to achieve this object.
He said that the schools would observe bandh on November 26, Padayatra would be undertaken on November 27 from Alair to Yadadri and hunger strike would be staged on December 1. The TDP leader said that a ‘close friends meet’ would be organised later.
