Going by the trend, the TRS is all set to emerge victorious in the by-poll. Many feel that the Opposition parties may not get deposits. TRS candidate P. Dayakar is leading with 2.30 lakhs votes. TRS is leading even in TDP senior leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao's constituency Palakurthi. But BJP was ahead than Congress in the first round here.
The counting of votes for the bypoll began in the district amid tight security. The Congress is likely to secure second position while the TDP-BJP may stand in third position.
