According to Srinivas, Secretary PRPS, there were many private companies coming up in the district, but majority of them were denying jobs to persons belonging to weaker sections.
“We demand that the State and Central governments immediately pass a bill in Assembly and Parliament for providing job reservations for SCs, STs and physically handicapped,” he said.
