Organized with the theme Better Hyderabad, Better Society - the 10K run witnessed participation from 12,000 people.
Speaking on the occasion, Milkha Singh thanked the Hyderabad 10K Foundation for inviting him to flag off 10K Run and said that all the sports should be encouraged in the country. Prominent Tollywood producer D Suresh Babu also present at the event said that the 10K Run became inspiration to others as 2K Run and 5K Run have been launched.
