Senior officials of different departments on Monday held a meeting to review the arrangements for Christmas celebrations across Telangana State.
Hyderabad: Senior officials of different departments on Monday held a meeting to review the arrangements for Christmas celebrations across Telangana State.
The meeting, chaired by Director General of Police (Anti-Corruption Bureau) Abdul Khayyum Khan, was held in the chambers of Minorities Welfare Department Secretary Syed Omer Jaleel, in the State Secretariat. Hyderabad Police Commissioner M Mahender Reddy, Cyberabad Police Commissioner CV Anand, GHMC Additional Commissioner Uday Kiran and other senior officials attended the meeting.
The officials discussed arrangements for distribution of clothes among poor Christians, lunch and other celebrations at all churches across the Telangana State on the eve of Christmas. They would submit a report to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for final approval.
