Students have key role in building corrupt-free society

As part of Anti-Corruption Week on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day on December 9, students and officials of police department and Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) held a rally from Ricca Bazaar High school to Zilla Parishad Centre here on Thursday.
The ACB department organised an awareness programme to the students of Ricca Bazaar High School on the working of the ACB in the school premises. SP Shahnawaz Qasim, the chief guest, told the students to use the valuable knowledge they get through school education to mould themselves to become good citizens.
“The students must start questioning from now onwards on corruption. If everyone values and follows morals in their life, then it is easy to build a corrupt-free India. Everyone must fight against corruption for the development to take place in India. Developing the technical skills by using internet, youth must fight against corruption,” he explained.
Additional Superintendent of Police Sai Krishna, DSP of Special Branch Ashok Kumar, DSP Suresh Kumar, AR DSP Sanjeev, Manik Raj, ACB CIs Venkateshwar Rao, Padma, I and II town CIs Srinivas Reddy, Ramana Murthy, Naresh Reddy and RI George were present along with the Ricca Bazaar High School Principal Srinivas.
