TRS files nominations for MLC polls

With the filing of nomination for Telangana MLC election all set to end on Wednesday, all the political parties have filed their nominations. While TRS nominated 12 candidates for the 12 MLC seats, the opposition parties nominated their candidates in certain districts and declared support to other candidates in the remaining districts.
Congress nominated eight candidates and TDP nominated six while CPI is contesting from Khammam and MPTC forum candidate from Warangal. Confident of emerging victorious and winning all the 12 MLC seats, TRS has specifically announced the names of candidates.
The candidates who filed the nominations in the polls are Sambhipur Raju and Patnam Narender Reddy from Ranga Reddy, Sunki Reddy Jagadesh Reddy and Kasireddy Narayana Reddy from Mahabubnagar, Naradasu Lakshman Rao and Bhanu Prasad from Karimnagar, Bhupal Reddy from Medak, Konda Murali from Warangal, Balasani Lakshmi Narayana from Khammam, Puranam Sathish from Adilabad, Tera Chinnapa Reddy from Nalgonda and Bhupathi Reddy from Nizamabad.
