Two Chandras bump into each other in Delhi
The two Chief Ministers of the Telugu States, N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh and K Chandrashekar Rao of Telangana, came face to face with each other once again within a short period.
New Delhi: The two Chief Ministers of the Telugu States, N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh and K Chandrashekar Rao of Telangana, came face to face with each other once again within a short period.
If the last time the occasion was the foundation-stone laying ceremony for Amaravati, the capital of AP, on Vijaya Dasami Day, when Chandrashekhar Rao attended the same on the personal invitation of Naidu, today the occasion was Union Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley's daughter's wedding reception.
It was a brief meeting with both of them coming across each other near the entry of Minister's residence located at the Krishna Menon Marg and both smiled and greeted each other.
It may be recalled that Chandrashekhar Rao had sought to invite Naidu for the Chandi Yagam to be held at his farm house near Hyderabad. Whether he would plan to do so here during his stay as Naidu is expected to be here too till Thursday morning or whether he would go to his residence at Hyderabad and do so is not known.
