As the political parties gear up to launch campaigns for the upcoming Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporations (GHMC) elections, the TRS government is planning to change the conduct rules in the polls.
As the government is making efforts to speed up the process of the elections, the reduction of the nomination and campaigning duration are also being considered in order to complete the elections within the month of January. The code of conduct during the election process will apply for a shorter period.
