Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao who is currently undertaking Warangal tour held an important meeting with higher officials on Wednesday for the development towards certain projects.

Speaking on the occasion to the media, KCR said that Warangal would be developed into the second largest city in the state. Highlighting the prospects of projects in Warangal, the Chief Minister said that the city would be transformed into an education hub with the institutions like Delhi Public School, Hyderabad Public School and Sainik School getting opened along with the Veterinary and Agriculture Universities that would add to the Education hub status.

KCR also said that the Laknavaram, Ramappa and Ghanapuram lakes would be filled with water all through the year so that the farmers will be able to receive the water meant for irrigation purposes. He also discussed the Mission Bhagirath, textile park that will be built in 2000-3000 acre land in the included list of the development plans.
