Minister lays stone for CC roads

Panchayat Raj Minister Ch Ayyanna Patrudu laid foundation stone for laying CC roads with an estimated cost of Rs 11.60 lakh at SC Colony in Gummidigonda village in Nathavaram mandal on Wednesday.
Visakhapatnam: Panchayat Raj Minister Ch Ayyanna Patrudu laid foundation stone for laying CC roads with an estimated cost of Rs 11.60 lakh at SC Colony in Gummidigonda village in Nathavaram mandal on Wednesday.
He was participating in a Gram Sabha of Janmabhoomi-Maa-Vooru at Nathavaram mandal.
The Minister told the meeting that the government will fulfil all election-eve promises and the farmers will also get free borewells soon.
He also laid stones for various road works to be taken up under MGNREGS in the mandal and distributed tractors and cheques to self-help groups.
Later, baby shower was held and new clothes, fruits and sweets were distributed to pregnant women. Collector N Yuvaraj was also present.
