100 bed hospital at Mulugu by May

The hundred bed hospital which was under construction at an estimated cost of Rs 8 crore at Mulug would be ready by May, Tribal Welfare Minister Ajmeera Chandulal said here while addressing the members of the development committee of the Mulug community health centre. 

Mulug (Warangal): The hundred-bed hospital which was under construction at an estimated cost of Rs 8 crore at Mulug would be ready by May, Tribal Welfare Minister Ajmeera Chandulal said here while addressing the members of the development committee of the Mulug community health centre.

The Minister said that there would be a number of facilities in the new hospital. He appealed to the doctors and health workers to work with dedication. Exhorting everyone to strive for the development of the hospital, he appealed to them to bring their problems to his notice to get them solved.

The new hospital would have solar lighting system and drinking water plant, he added. “Gynaecologist, orthopaedic surgeon and general physicians would be appointed on contract basis,” the Minister said adding that an ambulance with funds from MPLAD, cell counting machine with funds from ITDA would be provided to the hospital.

Mulug RDO Mahenderji, hospital superintendent Dr Gopal, ZPTC member Sakinala Sobhan, Lions Club member Ch Ramesh, doctors, medical staff and others were present.
