District Medical and Health Officer Dr Jalapathi Nayak said in a statement here on Friday said that the Redressal Grievances Cell would beset up to receive complaints from the employees of the Medical and Health Department and solve them on every Friday from 3 pm to 5 pm.

The employees should submit their complaints in writing. On examining their complaints, efforts would be made to solve them.
The president and secretary Bandaru Krishna and Alladi Srinivas respectively of district unit of District Medical and Health Employees Union expressed their happiness over the decision of the DMHO.
