Karimnagar: Peddapalli SI A Jaganmohan, who shot himself dead with his service revolver at police quarters on Friday, did not mention the reason for ending his life, in the suicide note wrote to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. Peddapalli DSP Malla Reddy released the note recovered by the police after his death, to the media at his office in Peddapalli on Saturday evening.

He only said that nobody was responsible for his death in the four page note found in his diary.

The release of the note put an end to the day-long speculations that the SI committed suicide due to political pressures.

In the note, Jaganmohan requested the CM to take measures to waive the ACB case registered against his brother Kiran Kumar, working as SI in Gudihatnur police station of Adilabad district.

He praised the CM for providing facilities to the police. Expressing concern for not getting good name under the leadership of a nice Superintendent of Police, D Joel Davis, he asked the SP not to feel that a SI was died in his period. DSP Malla Reddy and CIs Mahesh and Tula Srinivasa Rao were nice persons, he said and made it clear that he never spread bad news about CI Prasanth.

Jaganmohan asked his brother Kiran not to put his photo in the house and advised him to take care of their mother and father by marrying a nice girl. He asked his wife Jyothi to excuse him as he did nothing for her. The deceased SI also asked local MLA Dasari Manohar Reddy not to worry over his death. Finally, he requested the officials not to conduct postmortem to his body. The final rites of Jaganmohan were held at Vidyanagar here on Saturday.
