Harish Rao met Union Minister for Agriculture, Dr Radha Mohan Singh, Union Food and Civil Supplies Minister, Ram Vilas Paswan and Union Water Resources Minister, Uma Bharati where he pressed for the earlier release of the drought relief fund.
