Hyderabad: To showcase the achievement in Mission Kakatiya at national-level, the Telangana State government on Monday decided to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi to unveil a pylon commemorating the Mission, in Warangal in February.
Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao held a video conference with all the district officials and enquired progress in the completion of revival of tanks in the first phase under the mission. Recognising the success of the mission, he said the Prime Minister gave his consent to attend the inauguration of the pylon.
