Newborn found in changing room

A newborn baby was found in a changing room at Dharmapuri temple town in the district on Thursday. According to the police, Gajakelli Bhaskar and his wife Soujanya, natives of Rajapalli in Huzurabad mandal went to Dharmapuri to have a holy dip in river Godavari. The newborn was found crying when Soujanya entered the changing room.
Karimnagar: A newborn baby was found in a changing room at Dharmapuri temple town in the district on Thursday. According to the police, Gajakelli Bhaskar and his wife Soujanya, natives of Rajapalli in Huzurabad mandal went to Dharmapuri to have a holy dip in river Godavari. The newborn was found crying when Soujanya entered the changing room.
The couple, who don’t have children, expressed their willingness to adopt the girl but the police who reached the spot after coming to know about the incident shifted the baby to police station. The police informed the matter to Jagtial ICDS officials who shifted the girl to Swadar home in Karimnagar town.
