ABVP leader: Rohith's suicide may have been over personal issues
ABVP leader Nandanam Susheel Kumar spoke to the media on Friday where he said that the Dalit research scholar Rohith Vemula\'s suicide may have been over personal issues as the suicide note did not mention a specific reason.

Susheel Kumar, who has been accused of abetting suicide of the Dalit research scholar said that he was ready to face punishment if found guilty.
Stating that Rohith was not a weak person who would have taken the extreme step after the suspension he faced from the Hyderabad Central University, Susheel Kumar said that there could have been some personal reasons behind his suicide.
Asking for a fair inquiry, the ABVP leader said that he is ready for the punishment if he is found guilty. However, he questions as to why there has been such a huge reaction to Rohith's suicide in particular when HCU witnessed 12 suicides in the last 7-8 years.
Speaking about the incident where the ABVP leaders had a tiff with the five Dalit students, Susheel Kumar said that Rohith and other members assaulted him following which he had landed in the hospital and also underwent an appendicitis surgery.
