Telangana health budget 2016 reviewed by KCR

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday reviewed the Telangana health budget for the year 2016 with the health officials. Rs. 7,120 crores worth proposals were submitted by the medical officials in the meeting where discussions were also held on building two more hospitals around Hyderabad.

Also, the requirement of funds for medical equipment and infrastructure in the new medical college that is being set up in Mahbubnagar district was discussed and the funds will be provided under non-planned expenditure.
