Union Minister Sujana Chowdary summoned by HC

Hyderabad High Court issued summons to Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Y Sujana Chowdary along with his company Sujana Universal Industries' directors. It has been reported that Mauritius Commercial Bank filed a complaint about non-repayment of the loan. The report stated that YS Sujana Chowdhary and others borrowed the amount of Rs 106 Crore as a loan in a false and deceitful manner.

The accused apart from Sujana Chowdary - managing director Srinivas Raju, Sujana Universal Industries as a legal entity, the director of the company and a subsidiary company Heistia. The Court has summoned the accused appear before the court on March 5.
